Over Achieving While Enabling Others

Something I have learned within the recent years which I would like to share with you:

It’s not necessarily how much you over achieve personally, but it’s also how much you use those skills to enable others to learn and grow themselves; in return growing yourself.

Since adopting that motto, I have found not only does my work load become more balanced/less stressed, but my opportunities to learn more have grown and my team members like to engage in projects with me (not fend for themselves because I didn’t include them). That motto also has challenged me greatly — something my over achiever inner-self is thriving upon.
